The study of French cultural policy has rarely concerned its own nationalistic and hegemonic aspects. This research is written from a critical perspective and endeavors to be as comprehensive as possible. In the first part, I present the process of the maturation about the French cultural policy: How is a national consciousness constituted? And how did the French cultural policy extend to the point of reaching some form of cultural colonialism? In the second part, I look into the question from a Taiwan perspective – a country whose political and cultural influences are relatively insignificant internationally. This Taiwan perspective enables me to have a deeper reflection on the process of the development of cultural policy: To what extent does the cultural policy can attain absolutization and hegemony? In the conclusion part, I focus on the cultural policy issues between Taiwan and China, which intertwine with culture, politics, colonization and Confucianism, and a comparison with the French cultural policy is thus made possible.<\/p>\n

\u6cd5\u6587\u6458\u8981\uff1a<\/strong><\/h5>\n

La politique culturelle fran\u00e7aise se pr\u00e9occupe rarement de son aspect nationaliste et h\u00e9g\u00e9monique. Cette recherche pr\u00e9sente ce point de vue dans une optique critique, et s\u2019efforcera d\u2019en donner une \u00e9tude aussi compl\u00e8te que possible. Dans la premi\u00e8re partie, je pr\u00e9senterai le processus de maturation de la culture fran\u00e7aise : comment s\u2019est constitu\u00e9e la conscience nationale ? Et comment la culture fran\u00e7aise s\u2019est-elle \u00e9tendue au point d\u2019atteindre \u00e0 une certaine forme de colonialisme culturel ? Dans la deuxi\u00e8me partie, je me placerai du point de vue de Ta\u00efwan – pays dont l\u2019influence tant politique que culturelle est relativement faible sur le plan international, ce qui m\u2019am\u00e8nera \u00e0 approfondir ma r\u00e9flexion sur l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une politique culturelle : dans quelle mesure elle peut \u00eatre absolutisation et h\u00e9g\u00e9monisme. En conclusion, je me pencherai sur des probl\u00e8mes culturels sp\u00e9cifiques de Ta\u00efwan et la Chine, qui sont au croisement de la culture et la politique, de la colonisation et de l\u2019omni-confucianisme, et ce en vue d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion qui part d\u2019une comparaison avec la culture fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n
